TCDD has conducted Steering Committee meeting on 20^th January 2018 in Dodoma region. This meeting brought together steering members and General Secretaries from Faith-based organization whose are TCDD Permanent Members (TEC, BAKWATA, ELCT, CCT, and CSSC/TEDG)

Historically TCDD is a Members Coalition formed by Faith-Based Organization who are also Permanent Members from Tanzania Episcopal Conference (TEC), National Muslim Council of Tanzania (BAKWATA) Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania (ELCT), Christian Council of Tanzania (CCT) , Christian Social Services Commission (CSSC)/TEDG  and Nongovernmental Organizations around Tanzania
